All orders are processed with love and care within 2–5 business days. During this time, our team prepares your pieces for shipment — gently inspecting, packaging, and blessing them on their way.

♡ Estimated Shipping Time

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Some delicate accessories or pieces may take up to 21 days, especially if they’re shipped from overseas. If your order includes multiple items, you may receive more than one package.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of order. Missing apartment numbers or typos may cause delays or misdeliveries. Ascension Vogue is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

If your dreamy package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at support@ascensionvogue.com. We’ll do our best to help locate your parcel and make it right. While delays are rare, they may occur during holidays or due to carrier issues.
