We offer returns within 14 days of your delivery date. If it's not quite love at first sight, no worries — we’ll help guide it home.

♡ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. You'll also need the order confirmation or proof of purchase.

♡ How to Start a Return

Simply email us at support@ascensionvogue.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Please do not send returns without contacting us first.

♡ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving it. Include photos so we can resolve it gently and swiftly — either with a replacement or refund.

♡ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • ♡ Beauty or personal care items
  • ♡ Final sale or marked down items
  • ♡ Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • ♡ Gift cards

♡ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (minus shipping fees, which are non-refundable). It may take 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
